1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Rainfield Clay Collective’s website or enrolling in any class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide clay sculpture classes, workshops, and related studio access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offerings to maintain safety and quality.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Enrollments and payments
- Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply.
- Seats are confirmed upon successful payment or explicit confirmation from us.
- We use third-party payment processors and do not store full card details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Student cancellations at least 72 hours before the start time: full refund or credit.
- Within 72 hours: credit may be offered if we can fill the seat.
- Studio cancellations due to safety or instructor illness: full refund or reschedule.
6. Safety and conduct
Students must follow instructor guidance and posted safety protocols. We may remove participants engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials and website content are protected. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit materials without permission.
8. User content
You retain rights to your creations. By sharing feedback or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them with attribution.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results. Clay and kiln work involve inherent risks.<|eos|>
